“Leading TNF from the US this year has reinforced my belief in the power of trust and intentional space for innovation. Watching our team take ownership and drive initiatives like ‘Take a Learner to Work” from idea to execution has been incredibly rewarding. I’ve been particularly impressed by how the team has grown into true experts, mastering engineering terminology through our Faranani Infrastructure Project. What makes me most proud is our commitment to community-centered development – our constant refinement comes from actively listening to and working closely with our stakeholders.
